Bitch

We all do stupid stuff,
We mess and kid around...
Sometimes we do strange things,
Then we realize that we've done enough damage

And it feels like there's no turning back
You stop to ask around
You'll receive a lot of advices
But 99.9% of it is all crap

People would try to ask you why?
True friends wouldn't say a word
They would rather extend a helping hand
And tell you that "You're one crazy bitch"

But still they are your friends...
No questions asked
No explanations needed
No matter what you are, no matter what you do –

Author’s Note:

We do crazy stuff in life one way or another. We don’t care what other people think or say about what we’re doing. We don’t even give them anything in return that would satisfy their curiosity. It’s like they see things in black while we are seeing a different one, blinded by such trust to someone or something that we think is right at that very moment. Even if all the people in the world is shouting and staring right into us and telling us that we’ve done something wrong.

Singled out but still you don’t give a care as long as you’re happy. How would you believe them if you are blinded by faith? By the idea that this is the right thing and you are doing what you should be doing. But then happy days would soon be over, the time to face all the questions and the challenges that were once just doubts from other people’s mind became reality. Specks of speculations turned to rumors and the bitter truth.

Who would know what really happened? Who would know what should be the right story? As long as you’ll keep on hiding, as long as you’ll devour everything with pretending that everything’s okay and fine. People will ask questions, different stories will arise. Yes it’s scary to face all these questions and admit that we are wrong since for all we know we did the right thing.

Amidst all these, there are people who care, who would say but one phrase. After they extend us a helping hand, after they are sure that we are safe and unharmed. By the time that we are on our own feet walking. Able to fight for by our own and this time with a clear head. They will tell you straight right in front of your face that “You are one crazy bitch!” then they’ll hug you and whisper welcome back and we miss you.

(This one I wrote for a friend who stumbled and fell but still have the courage to pick up the pieces and move on with life, a new and improved version of her. Someone who would always make mistakes all over again but still knows that she have friends who will be waiting by the side lines to help her clean up and walk straight again no questions asked)
